UPDATE: I received an email from the general manager who took full responsibility. The store is understaffed with employees who would do the job I needed. I do understand that Valley County is a difficult place to staff skilled labor right now given the employment opportunities available elsewhere. I changed my review to 3 stars based on his response.nnOriginal review:nI frustrated and still without a door. I told the employee to forget it, I'll get the door somewhere else. The employee said he's really busy and that he was sorry. Gee thanks. Well, why don't you talk to your boss about hiring someone to do what seems to take about 15 minutes since you couldnt get it done over the last 60 days even after repeatedly committing to doing it.

So Disappointed! Have never has a bad experience with these guys until now. My husband has spent tens of thousands of dollars with them, with his business. Ordered some material from them a few weeks ago. Never got delivered, so the hubby called to find out what was happening, no one could find the order. Talk to a manager, was told it should be delivered in 2-3 days to the job site. It has been over 2 weeks now, with the husband calling almost daily, being told tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. Come to find out today, it still hadn't Even been ordered!! Unbelievable!!! Thank goodness, that the home owner the material was for, was somewhat understanding! Other wise, he would of lost this client!! Shame on them!! You have lost us as customers, as well as the personal referrals we send your way, so upset!!
