The UPS Store

I wanted to take a moment and share my experiences in this store. I’m not one to write a review unless it is very deserving and with 2020 in our review view mirror I think we all should care a little more for one another and our small businesses. Speaking of which I’m a small business owner and like so many are stressed in so many ways so it was a welcomed reprieve that I have received on several occasions the impeccable customer service from this store, specifically with Kevin. It should be “what can Kevin instead of brown do for you?” He is very attentive, knowledgeable and continues to provide solutions to my shipping needs. I previously ran a customer service operations site for a large bank, Kevin is the definition of being “customer obsessed”. Which is a term that I took from Jeff Bezos Athena small companies owner’s mantra called “Amazon”. Not many people have heard of this small company I’m sure (cough cough). I wish I had more “Kevin’s” leading the charge in my organization at the time. This experience has been a blessing to my business and my family. So thank you Kevin and UPS! - a very happy customer.

Very rude and lied about having to wait for her to get my emails, kicked me out, my wallet is on the counter because I didn't have time to grab it because she kicked me out so fast. Wasn't very helpful and would it do her job

I just went to this store to pick up a package and had the absolute strangest encounter with the apparent owner of the store. I cannot believe this woman works in customer service. She was awful. She was literally yelling at me because there was not a package under the name I provided. I was so uncomfortable I was shaking. I turned around and walked out and she was still ranting as I left. That was nuts..

We recently moved into the area and had many packages delivered. I visited daily for two weeks to pick up boxes. The service was great! The staff was always very courteous and helpful. It is nice to know our packages are safe and secure. I’m happy we chose this location to have our mail delivered.

If I could give this UPS store a zero I would. The service is appalling! The owners are beyond miserable resulting in utterly rude behavior. When I go in to receive my packages they continually tell me that they need to take care of other customers, like I am not a customer! I live in a remote area and when I have my staff or children go to pick up my packages they are continually hassled. I have a friend who owns 5 UPS stores and the experience is night and day. This UPS store is massively disorganized and furthermore the owners refuse to wear masks which endangers the customers they are supposed to be serving. Picking up ones mail and packages shouldn’t have to be a heinous experience. Do yourself a favor and get a post office box.
