I give a huge 5 stars to the aquarium/ fish dept. I've owned fish for many years and appreciate the quality and customer service in this store! Over the past three years they've helped me buy two additional fish tanks, pumps, decorations, live plants and food supplies and of course a variety of FISH! Staff are very knowledgeable about each fish and give me great tips. They've also been helpful when I was selecting fish and products for my two outdoor ponds . *Two weeks ago I bought an albino Senegalese B. and it's did so well in my large tank I came back and bought a second one. The staff helped me pick out food ,and told me my new fish would love frozen brine shrimp. Sure enough they do! Thank you for making my hobby fun and affordable. ( My dad passed away a few years ago and I was gifted his fish. I was unsuccessfully trying to hold back tears when asking store staff about what to feed my Dad's fish species. The staff were very compassionate and helpful. I'll never forget that experience!)

I have 4 small dogs and they all need their nails clipped monthly. The staff in the grooming salon are happy and wonderful. They are quick to grab the first pup and I am able to run to the truck to grab number 2, 3, and 4. By the time I get 2 in there I can then go pay for service. Go then grab #3 and start bringing back #1 to the truck. The whole thing takes 35 minutes, start to finish and I'm running the whole time ud83dude00. The team at Petco takes care of my fur family so I can keep taking care of them at home.

The store was busy and getting help was like i was not there, and the mask things blows!

Was a great experience, was able to find everything I was looking for very quickly, however the store was overcrowded and with there being a pandemic going on, I found it very difficult to keep a 6ft Social Distance, it would've been nice to see some sort of action put in place to prevent this. I also noticed lots of stocking boxes all over the store and in some spots was hard to move through the store. Otherwise, fantastic experience, customer service was delightful and of course the cute animals!

This store location wasn't bad for a large chain. The thing that impressed me was the number of attentive young women who were working the store. They all did a great job on being cheerful, helpful and willing to help.nI'd love to lower their prices on good quality items but that has nothing to do with this particular store because they were doing a fantastic job when I was in town.
