Why the rating is so low is beyond me. My husband has to have blood work every 3-6 months because of the meds he is on.nnThis was the most smooth and pleasant experience in years! The folks at the counter were pleasant and ready to help. I handle his his business for him. I was allowed in the building, we walked right down stairs and They helped and spoke with me. Took him right back and took his blood and that was that. Total time 10 minutes.nnWe had a terrible experience at the saltzer near costco and after kicking me out of the building (in the cold with no car keys) they ran him from end of the hospital to the other end...twice. 2 hours for blood work and they lost them!nnWe will be back in 3-6 months!

I brought my sixteen year old daughter in after work because of a UTI. After being brought to our room we were left to sit in the room after her urine sample. The door was left open while we waited. They then started talking about her medical stuff. No big deal, standard. But then started joking about it and laughing. We could clearly hear them. She was embarrassed and humiliated. I’m shocked because we’ve never experienced this before and they had to know that we could hear them. We probably won’t be back to this location off of 12th ave in Nampa. A male doctor then started complaining about a Mexican patient in another room. Rude

Got here on time and checked in. Waited for two hours to get my first Covid shot cuz they forgot about me. It's NOT busy right now. With all the money we put into our healthcare system they should invest more of it in better staff.
