We had been stuck on the freeway for an hour and were starving. We decided to go to The Olive Garden for a dependable meal and were not disappointed. We were happy they let my daughter and I split a plate at no charge. To my great surprise, they actually split the plate for us, and brought 1/2 portions on two plates so we didn't have to separate it ourselves. It was really great service and pretty quick for a sit down restaurant.
This Olive Garden is very careful about social distancing and outdoor places to sit and wait. The food is really good and the staff is wonderful. It is a bit pricey for us so it doesn't happen that often. A simple lunch (soup and salad for two adults and spaghetti for a kid) plus one shared appetizer was a little over $50 with the tip and tax. Two sodas were ordered. No alcohol. It was a nice get-away.
Their take out game is strong. The packaging was very neat and clean and that means the most to me when we are doing mostly take out these days. Food was prepared very nicely and fresh. What a great call after a long day at Tahoe! If you haven't been out yet give them a try! highly recommend this place
I ordered an appetizer, Deep fried mushrooms and , Mozzarella sticks. Very tasty with the dipping sauces. I also ordered shrimp scampi one of my favorites. Lots of flavor delicious shrimp and veggies in there Loved it. For our beverage we ordered watermelon Sangria's. What a refreshing drink.
The food never disappoints and every addition to the menu is awesome. They care so much about quality and taste and it shows On! On our recent visit, we had the pleasure of being waited on by Sean. He is a great asset to the staff here! Very tentative and fun, plus he makes some good recommendations that im excited to try in my next visit! We were both very happy and very impressed on out latest visit!
