This is the best food you will find this side of the state. The food is not just fresh and delicious it is also wonderfully unique and beautiful. So much attention has been given to flavor, texture and plating you cannot find anywhere else in this blip of a town. I don't know why such an accomplished chef has decided on Trinidad but please never leave

Food is absolutely amazing!! I can't believe we have this little Gem in Trinidad Colorado ! We are foodies and the service, bartender and chef are top notch! He even came out to meet us....We are continually impressed by their customer service and warmth every time we visit. To top it all off, it's a mountain view in the whole restaurant. Drive to visit, its worth it! We are regulars!

My husband and I are from North Texas we stopped at this beautiful restaurant as soon as we got to town. We didn’t get to see the nice view but certainly got the best service. The food was delicious! The Filet Mignon was spectacular. The only problem was our fries were cold. We had the most outgoing waitress her name was Jocelyn. She went out of her way to get us fresh French Fries. She was great, one of the best waitresses we’ve came across in a long time. We will 100 percent be coming back again. Hopefully to have Jocelyn as our server! One of the best parts was her conversation and making sure we had everything and anything we needed. If you want to have a nice time at the Sunset Bar & Grille ask for her she will certainly give you a 10/10 experience.

Great service from our waitress Joslyn. the BEST whiskey sour I have had anywhere. Made a trip down from Denver to see a coworker and decided to try this place out. The mushroom soup was so good i took another one to go. Don’t miss this hot spot a lot of great food on the menu.
