Good burgers and fast service

We've been eating here since 2015. Food and service have been pretty consistent over the years. Being honest they've had good years and they've had bad years but overall I believe that they carry their brand well.

The quality of the food at Chili's has declined steadily over the years, in my opinion. Salty, not visually appealing and neutral in taste, I don't want to season my food at the table with side sauces. The cocktail specials are also a rip off ... three sips and you have a glass filled with ice for your next drink.

I have always enjoyed Chili's and this location at Southlands is no exception. The food may not be top end, but it is consistently good. I did enjoy that they seemed to have lessened their portions served, leading to me not coming away feeling bloated for eating it all. I think they have the portions just right, and was even able to enjoy some dessert. The atmosphere is great, as they, just like all the other restaurants, are trying to cope with our current climate and seating arrangements. All in all, this is still a great restaurant with good food.

Either the employees can't count to 3 or they are stealing. I ordered 3 of the same item and multiple times I only get one - even the receipt shows it correctly and they are charging me for 3. Last time was enough. Makes sense their rating is low with this kind of behavior going on.
