We are never dissatisfied with the service we get from this Petco location! The staf are always so friendly and helpful! Hanna is THE best! We go here at least once a week to buy our pet supplies for our 3 dogs, 2 guinea pigs, 1 cat, and a tank full of fish! Their sales are always great! We purchased both of our guinea pigs from here and they are so healthy and happy! Thanks Hannah and Petco for the best experiences ud83dudc96
Upon entering the building, you're usually always greeted. They have little sales on cat food often but not always. Most of the time I find my lizards food (crickets) & my aquatic turtle food (live feeder fish). Great deal on the car litter & even better on refills when u bring the container back. They have new fish aquariums & they seemed to have dog vaccinations today.
We love the family feeling here. We are literally there twice a week for our two pets. We love the manager there as well I can't remember her name but she's awesome and was very informational last night.
I have almost always been able to find what i need at Petco. I also like the convenience of having the groomers at the same place as i get my pet supplies.
Just got off the phone with a customer service rep called Stacy. She was very helpful in helping me with a prescription orders. She took her time in explaining a lot of the process that I didn't know before. It was a great learning experience for me. So far Petco has been a great improvement for my pets prescription needs. The service and the packing of their products are far better than the previous company that I was using. I'm very glad that I decided to use Petco instead of the other company.
