Very knowledgeable staff. Our purchase was quick and seamless.
Manager was very rude! He blew off my father as he was considering a purchase. As for other customers he seemed very demeaning to older customers as well as to an employee. The employee that helped my Grandmother set up her phone was very helpful. The manager seemed as though he did not know what he was doing as he was asking other employees various questions and answering I don't know to questions we had as customers which was very unhelpful in getting my Grandmother set up with her new phone.
