Great Experience. Apple had locked me out and I was unable to activate my new iPhone. The salesperson was very helpful, and did everything possible to access my account. Within 15 minutes I was activated and on my way. Thanks again!
Clint was very helpful in assisting me with my upgrade for a new iPhone 12. Lots of friendly faces in the store, plenty of options for accessories, and things were made simple. Definitely coming here again
I was having trouble with my old iPhone and went to a different Verizon a day prior with a not so good solution, I stopped in to ask questions at this location and Scott was absolutely great, and hooked me up with a new phone! He helped me out with a deal as well as listened to my issues and concerns. Awesome experience overall!
The costumer service in Beloit was beyond exceptional everyone was on there toes willing to help us. We worked with a really nice lady name Victoria Burns and she helped us save so much money on our purchase today also Scott Tomaszewski was very helpful as well I give this Beloit area Verizon a 10 star !! Recommendation.
