The people inside the Mt. Sterling branch are the NICEST people in the world. Could not say anything bad about them at all. I'd sing their praises all day. But when you call the bank, you get a different location, it does not ring into Mt. Sterling. The people who answer the phone are totally incompetent. Also, the bank has some sketchy practices on charging overdrafts. They put through all the charges first for the day and the deposits last so that you bounce charges throughout the day.
