Nice atmosphere but my first experience wasn't impressive. We placed our order, got our salads then over an hour later, still no food. 1st mgr we spoke to wasn't very Customer friendly and wanted to explain rather than fix. 2nd mgr made it better. I don't want to put all the blame on the server but she should know her tables. We seen food served to other tables that got there after us. Once we got our food, my steak was over cooked but I didn't want to send it back because I already waited so long, my friends steak was still mooing, she had to send it back. I may or may not be back but probably won't suggest it to anyone. 1st impression mean a lot.

As usual the service & food were stupendous. They never disappoint. The outdoor seating was very popular. We chose to sit indoors with a lake view. So fun!

So disappointed with our fist time visit this evening. My husband was served RAW salmon. It wasn’t just the center but the entire piece was uncooked. Unfortunately, he didn’t notice the texture until he had eaten several bites. My daughter had barbecue chicken which had the most unappealing presentation that consisted of a small chicken breast with about a tablespoon of sauce placed on top of the chicken and French fries that took over the rest of the plate. The chicken was rubbery and also not edible. After complaining to the manager, he offered to bring out something else, so my husband and daughter ordered other menu options. Needless to say, I was shocked to see that they were charged for their meals. I just hope that Snow’s didn’t get my husband sick this evening. Sorry, first and last visit.

Food was delicious, price was right. We ate outside and that was really lovely. Service was friendly and efficient.

I ate outside on a hot day. I'm hoping it was just too early for Sun umbrellas. Service and food good.
