Needed boots for work that were lightweight, waterproof and provided good support, and MAN, did I find them. The gentleman working (fella named Chris) gave me tremendous service. He was available to help without being obtrusive, listened to my needs attentively and sold me the exact product I was looking for. Extra points for wearing a mask, and minding social distancing requirements. I might never buy boots anywhere else! Thanks, Chris!!!

Yet another great experience at Danner! Ricky from the Seattle store was very helpful over the phone and ended up sending us to the Renton store that had the boots we were looking for in stock. Dawn’s customer service was superb and he was very helpful in answering all our questions. Two pairs of boots, some socks, pants, and a travel mug later we left very happy!
