They are always friendly and helpful at this branch and even with the covid-19 stuff going on they are as quick as I've ever seen to get the customers needs met. I've never had to wait long to get through the line, inside or outside at the drive thru lanes either one. I believe the longest wait I have ever had and that was when the pandemic first started was 40 minutes in a drive thru lane but that was only once and it was at the busiest time of day. Very frustrating. it's very inconvenient. Insides not open. You cant deposit cash through the ATM. Limited hours and your drive through lines are always slow a million miles long. Unacceptable.
ATM out of order and branch not open. No posting or warning of this.
In my opinion they are either severely lacking in product knowledge or they have missed their mission statement as a credit UNION.
Tried to make a simple deposit on 12/14, LOTS of attitude from Sandra. Heather on the other hand was extremely helpful :)
