Went in to open a savings account along with my existing checking. I was told I had to schedule an appointment to do this. I did not schedule one at that time so I've been trying to call to schedule. They will not answer their phone. I've called two dozen times with no luck. Apparently you have to go in to schedule an appointment which completely defeats the purpose of requiring an appointment.
Called to schedule a appointment to open a credit card and the woman said “we don’t offer that”....ngo to another location clearly they don’t want you to go into this branch.
Not allowing me access to my safe deposit box. Can't call. Email reservation system appears EXTREMELY inconvenient. I regret opening a safe deposit box at this branch.
You have got to do better. 2:00 on a Friday and you only have one of the the three drive up ATM’s operational.
The best branch to go to around the Columbus area. Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Branch manager Angelic was wonderful and very welcoming. Had less than good experiences in the other branches around the area. Will be coming back to this branch for all my banking needs.
