Instead of helping me with a quick transfer, the person who answered the phone put me on hold because I called 4 minutes before the center closed. I've been on hold over 30 minutes now, and the transfer would have taken less than a minute! If you didn't want to assist any more customers, why did you pick up the phone in the first place? I know what time the bank closes!!! This is very poor customer service!!!
Always polite and quick service. Pleasure to have a 5/3 open later to be able to do business with a person and not a machine.

Why don't you advertise as a location inside of krogers. Instead of a business with your own location. Which is in the stock photos. A person would be confused. If they google 5/3, an actual location pops up with standard photos. Not actual location. So you'll be confused when you type it in your gps expecting to pull up to the location thats attached to the address. You wont actually be looking for it
I called 30 mins before they closed an kept calling no one would answer just needed to do a transfer if you do not like your job why work there
