Food was delicious. Our waitress was wonderful with excellent service. Caesar salad was fresh. Food piping hot and well presented. Booth next to the window was drafty cold but the manager responded quickly with turning up the heat. Dining became much more comfortable. Overall very satisfactory
It's Applebees. Microwave gourmet.
Even though I love this place and still give it 5 stars, the last few times we've been there it has taken forever to get our drinks from the bar. We waited 15 minutes last night for one drink and it wasn't even busy. The bar tender was just busy talking to everyone which is fine but we would have ordered more drinks of they wouldn't have taken so long. That's my only complaint.
Hostess was very nice her name was Amanda and it wasn’t crowded on Easter Sunday at lunchtime! Portion wise the food could have resembled the picture on the menu but it was delicious and came out in record time. Just a little side point for staff..... I don’t if jeans is the attire for uniforms but it looked a bit unprofessional.
We came after leaving Other World. Our order was supposedly ready at 3:27pm. It's now 4:00pm. Carside to go for 3 drinks and an appetizer. We have a 2 hour drive back to Cleveland. Major inconvenience. Slow service. Wouldn't recommend.
