Food was good. Service was okay but kitchen wait was not good. If they would have been busy I could have understood. but there were only three couples sitting in the area we were in and did not see that many people around us at all.
This was cool. The server was really nice but the food took entirely too long and the restaurant wasn't packed. When it finally arrived, it was cold and the cheese on my potato hadn't even melted because the potato was cold and still pretty hard. It wasn't the best experience but I would give them a second chance.
The staff was very friendly and the rolls were delicious. The food was ok. My husband ordered steak and ribs and said the steak was chewy and undercooked and the ribs were not hot. My chicken was a little off on the texture but it tasted good.
You just can’t beat O’Charleys food! Right price and good size potions, tender steaks, rolls that don’t need butter! Best ever! Not sure, but I think they changed the way they bake the rolls!
Waited 25 minutes before we were greeted. Placed order together with drink order. 33 minutes later drinks and wrong sides were brought to the table. We left. I frequent here 2 to 3 times a week when I bring my employees to lunch. Never had to wait this long. I can understand if the restaurant is busy, however the wait time was unreasonable. We went to another local restaurant.
