Kudos to Paula who was very polite and professional and had the most pleasant spirit.nnThe last time I visit Smokey Bones which was months the gentleman at the front check in was the worst and his customer service was awful, therefore I stop going. The reason I return for a carryout my little person told me to give them one more chance and I did !nnThe food was wonderful and fresh and I will start coming back due Paula OUTSTANDING customer service.
This is the 1st trip to Smokey Bones. We ordered online and did carryout. We had a very nice young lady to get our order. We received everything we ordered. Now for the really good part....Food was soooooo good! Grilled to perfection ud83dude0b. We will definitely be back! Thank you!
I heard from our server tonight, that you were doing google reviews. I have come in multiple times and there is a nice young lady who has seated me multiple times. If I remember correctly, her name is Aria? She is always at the front seating people whos all smiles and personality. She has always made my experience here at Smokey Bones a great one! Smallest portions on the 3 meat plate I've ever seen. The brisket was enough to fill half a sandwich on regular bread. Not sliced. Just a small chunk like burnt end style. Tasted great. Except for Dry rub wings were lacking flavor. Overpriced. Just go to Texas Roadhouse or Longhorn. Better prices and better food. Waitress was pretty good.
My boyfriend and I visited and Sis was our server. Everything ran so smooth and really improved our dining experience. Sis was attentive, polite, quick, and friendly...not to mention the food was absolutely amazing! This was by far the best dine in experience we have ever had and would go definitely ask for Sis again even if it meant waiting!
