I sincerely would give a no star rating if that was an option. Allison was amazing. This “new“ nurse practitioner, is very rude. She acts as if all her patients are just a huge inconvenience for her. I would not recommend Primary Health Solutions.

The Primary Health Solutions building is broken into several suites with different specialties. This review is for Suite A, the Primary Care building with Amy Siegler specializing in Family Medicine.nI understand there have been some issues with scheduling. From what I have heard, management has had trouble finding capable candidates to bolster their staff. As it is, there is only ever one person managing the front desk, Jennifer. Jennifer is great, and if you are able to get through to her, she can take care of you better than some call center.nAmy Siegler the provider is great. She is very personable, and has ample knowledge of what to do in different situations. She doesn't have that ego that some doctors have and is able to deliver care in an understandable way. Your health is in good hands with her.

Did like this place but after the last few days I do not,had a appointment yesterday to get a referral for covid and they gave me a number to call to set up for testing for covid,so I call and they tell me that their not doing testing this week or next week.so I callback they told me I can do it it at the hospital,I call the hospital and know order was sent there,so I call primary backto ask if they can fax it to the hospital and they tell me to call them back once I'm at the hospital so I can give them the fax number because they don't know which one to send it to cause its a big hospital and now I've been trying too call and give them the fax number but they won't answer.its really important that I get tested for covid 19 because I work at a school and I been off work for 3 days now

I REALLY LIKED THIS OFFICE AT THE TIME OF THE OTHER DOCTOR, I FORGET HER.. ALLISON HALCOMB. BUT I UNDERSTAND DOCTORS ARE HUMANS THEY NEED TO PROGRESS THEIR CAREERS AS WELL AS THEIR LIVES. I WAS REALLY SAD TO SEE HER GO., BUT THE NEW NURSE PRACTITION I MEAN SHE'S WHAT 1 DEGREE AWAY FROM PHD. NO BIGGIE THEY KNOW AS MUCH IF NOT MORE THAN DOCTORS ANYHOW SHE REALLY SHOWED HERSELF TO BE A GOOD HEALTH CARE PROVIDER SHE MAKES YOU AT EASE & ANSWERS SO YOUR QUESTIONS I REALLY LIKE HER, THE SOCIAL WORKER IN SITE SHE'S REALLY ON HER A GAME ALL THE TIME SHE REALLY HELPS OUT WHEN YOU NEED IT MOST, THE LADIES UP FRONT MANNING THE FRONT OF THE OFFICE THEY'RE REALLY AWESOME VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ALL TYPES OF INSURANCE EVEN IF THEY DON'T TAKE IT THEY HAVE KNOWLEDGEABLE ANSWERS ABOUT WHATEVER YOU'RE INQUIRING ABOUT. SO YEAH YOU'D BE DOING YOURSELF A DIS-SERVICE NOT GOING THERE. YEAH THEY'RE WHAT YOU'D CALL FOR LOWER HOUSING OR PEOPLE ON MEDICAID & ALL THAT. BUT THEIR LEVEL OF SERVICE & CARE IS THAT OF WHAT YOU'D CALL REGULAR INSURANCE, PRIVATE INSURANCE SERVICE THEY DON'T LACK ON ANYTHING YOU GET BETTER CARE, ATTENTION, SERVICE BECAUSE THEY'RE SMALLER ALSO THEY'RE NOT BEING SMASHED AS YOU'D SEE AT AN OFFICE THAT TAKES ALL THE PRIVATE INSURANCES SO PLEASE DON'T GET THIS PLACE CONFUSED WITH POOR CARE UNDERPAID,UNCARING DOCS, THAT'S NOT IT. THEY CARE ALOT MORE IF NOT MORE. SO YEAH I HAD TO QUIT GOING CAUSE I ENDED UP WITH ANTHEM BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD MEDICARE PLAN. I DON'T PAY A MONTHLY BILL FOR THEIR SERVICE IT'S GREAT. SO YEAH IF YOU CAN'T GET IN ANYWHERE ELSE THIS PLACE WILL ALWAYS GET YOU IN. YOU MAY SIT UNTIL THEY CAN SLIDE YOU BETWEEN PATIENTS BUT WELL WORTH THE WAIT I PROMISE

Doctor has had me on Gabepentin since 2011. Always had refills. So Allision Halcomb left Primary Health so now they won't honor the refills so now I'm abruptly stopping Gabepentin since they won't refill my medication and can't get me a appointment until next week. Read about the withdrawal including seizures. Filed a complaint with Ohio Medical Board. DO NOT trust these want to be doctors they will take your money and screw you over.
