Windsor (The Mall At Bay Plaza - Bronx, NY)

Bought a long dress. It looked brown inside the store so I bought it since thats the color we needed for the occasion. When I went home, I saw the dress color is more like pinkish brown with the sunlight. Went back to the store to exchange it or return it or exchange it for store credit. They didn’t accept it because they said they don’t exchange or return gowns. Well they could have said it before I bought it! For things like that, cashiers/employers should mention it before the customer buys it! So at the end, I wasted almost $100.

A big thank you to the ladies working at Windsor at the Mall at Bay Plaza.nI went there on Oct 30th and they were wearing cute schoolgirl costumes although it was the day before Halloween, how fun! I just had to ask for a pic! The sales ladies were very friendly despite the store being busy and helped me find a sexy pair of black shorts and offered me a dressing room so I could make sure they fit - which is so important as a M2F crossdresser. I always find clothes I love at Windsor Fashions but its the helpful staff that keeps me coming back.

My wife was not disappointed, the pernsonell were friendly and attentive also very helpful!!!!!

Good But you don't have much variety

This is my favorite Windsor (The Mall At Bay Plaza - Bronx, NY), they have an array of items at a discount of the cost and is a very organized clean store.
