The staff was helpful and service oriented but mall in general was empty this evening, Monday 2/3/2020. This store has an eclectic choice of clothing and accessories. Leans towards skate boarder life style and it looked like they replace the skate board skins as well.

Service is always good and staff is well informed. Came here to buy my first board and it was a complete success as a learned how to ride on that board. When it broke I was tight but I went to buy new boards here and they helped me how ever they could. These staff care for their customers and love skateboarders because it's the culture of the store. Definitely a good place to buy a board and it's very convenient as well

I've never cried at a store before for anything good. However today at Zumiez I was experiencing a little problem. My mom was upset over a pair of shoes and I was sent to return them. These workers did everything in their power to help me fix the problem and I've never been so thankful. They comforted me and helped me. I got my shoes and my mom is content. Thank you.
