If I could give them zero stars I would. The worst, least proactive customer service department I have ever dealt with. Every time you ask for assistance they put the work back on you. Hidden debit card fees if you use your pin. They claim in one moment to be a small bank for the people and when it's convenient they change their mission to another random blanket statement. If you like spending 20 minutes on the phone when you need assistance with simple tasks, I highly recommend this bank.

I opened an account here soon after they came to Woodstock. All the staff have been friendly, honest, and helpful. I will never use a corporate bank for anything more than credit cards. Would recommend.
