Kaiser Permanente Renton Medical Center

I had couple lab work last few weeks and I’m so grateful that I worked with Shalawn White. It’s so hard to find my veins. She finds it with first try and she is super nice. I just want to say thank you Shalawn.

Worst place ever. Cannot even figure out how to give someone a release form to go back to work until I talked to the 4th doctor and these people you are supposed to trust with your life?!? What a joke I am changing doctors to a different location I suggest you look elsewhere unless you really want to put you life in the hands of people who can’t even fill out a simple form! And that isn’t all the go to there is X-rays for everything.nBy the way if I could it would be zero stars!nnA rock and stick could do better service than this mindless place. Surprised they even made it past medical school.nnI don’t want your generic response either Steve from the digital team it only shows how much you don’t care for your patients!

This was the easiest time I've ever had getting my blood drawn. I told Jennifer I get real anxious with it and she was cool as heck. Real quick about the whole process, very clean and as painless as it could have been. Had me out of there in like 2 minutes.nExcellent

This place has been a nightmare to deal with. My daughter was referred to Kaiser's physical therapy clinic by her PCP. When I called to make an appointment, they told me they couldn't see my daughter because of limited provider availability. They referred me to Valley Medical Center, saying that Kaiser would cover services since they couldn't provide therapy themselves. I spent two weeks asking Kaiser to fax the referral over to VMC. I called 5 times over the course of two weeks asking them to send a referral, but VMC never received any information from them.nnI finally had to call my daughter's PCP office so they could send the referral to VMC directly, and they sent it in under 24 hours. I scheduled an appointment at VMC, and then today got a letter from Kaiser saying my daughter's services would not be covered because she wasn't being seen at a Kaiser clinic. At this point, Kaiser is unable to see my daughter and is unwilling to cover services at a clinic that could see her. They have caused significant delays in my daughter's ability to receive medically necessary care. This level of incompetence is downright negligent.

Unacceptable service! the lady (Jennifer?) who drew my blood pulled the needle out side ways, ouch! I felt an immediate sting and noticed her swing her arm out of convenience to dispose the needle. Aren't they suppose to pull straight up?nnI asked if everything was okay. She said yes. when I got home, I peeled the bandage and notice a long tear on my skin.
