This place is truly garbage! The staff and doctors are rude!! Do yourself a favor and go to a different place where they treat you like a patient. The doctor, lacks empathy and is incompetent. His assistants are also rude. I’ve also waited almost like a year for a dang appointment because these people always said that doctor was off from vacation, and I’ve been working also so I don’t have enough time. The assistants and the doctors were almost yelling at me and my son for no reason?? Like isn’t it your job to explain ? I only came for them to see me, but I will never let my self In the hands of these people

Do not waste your time here! Booked my appt, provided copies of all requested items, id, insurance card (which also verified while on hold), and insurance referral. Followed up a few days before appt and was told I was all set everything was good. Received a call the day of the appointment saying they do not accept my insurance plan. If they cannot handle paperwork I am not sure about handling the medical? Wish I hadn’t wasted so much time with this place and listened to the reviews posted.

My mother-in-law waits 45 minutes to an hour each appointment. She has Stage 3 Breast cancer and cannot wait that long, she needs to rest. She has had various complications bc of the initial surgery THEY made inserting the port. The front desk is rude and inconsiderate. I can only imagine how other patients must suffer.

I was rushed in and out of there so fast, I thought my head would spin. As soon as the Dr. found out my condition was not in need of surgery he couldn't get me out of the door fast enough. Had concerns other than the initial diagnosis, like why constant stomach cramping etc. Left feeling like Dr. didn't care if I lived or died was only interested in the $.

The doctor ( Frankenstein)was very professional. He told me that the problem wasn't hemorrhoids but a skin problem. He could have made the problem worse, but gave me a solution.
