If I could give it a zero I would, the shift that was lead from 6-8 needs to be retrained especially the manager on duty. The complete disregard of customer service, respect and promptness from kitchen staff and the manager named nick. My server was absolutely amazing but lacked the help from any staff whatsoever because as per manager nick he stated that decorating is more important than serving his customers that have waited more than an hour an a halfnHe was trying to correct our wait time when in total we have waited for that long. I wish the best for the lone waitress/bartender she needs it to work with staff that ungrateful
Prices are good when you call your order in text them when you arrive and they come out with your order and parking is good
Ordered food on Doordash. They gave the driver the wrong order and the food they gave me had hair in it. Disgusting! I called applebees and they told me to call Doordash and get my money back. I got a full refund from Doordash. Wont be ordering from this location again.
I'll start by saying Applebee's has stepped up their game. Originally my wife and I wanted to go to Chilis but there was an hour wait. She then suggested Applebee's. Well like they say woman's intuition. 15 minute wait. I ordered the French onion soup, caesar salad and bourbon steak. My wife ordered the grill chicken broccoli with mashed potatoes. Food was DELICIOUS! Our server was also on top of her game being by herself. I'm so glad Chilis was busy. Definitely going back.
The food was excellent, They've limited their seating arrangement inside (every other booth allows 6' social distancing) Every employee masked up and very accommodating. Outdoor seating is also available. I had a very enjoyable dinner date, 5 stars all things considered.
