The Red Barn Clubhouse

To be honest, for what they charged, things can be better. We ordered brisket, and it was overcooked. We sent it back, and the chef proceeded to 'steam' it then slathered bbq sauce all over, thinking it would reintroduce moisture into the meat. Well, I am not sure where they got that technique from, but let me tell you, IT DID NOT WORK. Our table has a direct sight of the kitchen. We can see that the manager was being made aware of the situation, and the waitress came back to tell us we can order whatever we want. We ended up ordering a burger for our son. Although it came pretty quickly, still, he had to wait longer than he should. They weren't that busy last night, including our table, there were 12 tables splitting between 4 wait staff. The manager never came to our table to talk to us. I would think if one of your customers' food did not turn out well, the manager would want to go talk to the customer to smooth things over, apparently not this place. I would not recommend this place to anyone. In fact, we have friends visiting there, and we told them not to come here for dinner.

After a great round of golf we had dinner at The Red Barn Clubhouse right on site at the course. Super friendly staff and excellent food. They have multiple types of steak, seafood and sandwiches. My son told us about this place and said the food was fantastic when he was here earlier in the year. My mouth was watering just thinking about my meal after his description of the food. Give this place a try!

We dont golf we go here strictly for food actually strictly for steak there ribeye is too die 4. It's a little more than other places around but it's well worth it I have never left here disappointed with food or hungry. Also a great staff everyone is friendly and polite.

I am going to assume unless you live in the area it's not worth stopping in.. On a quick remote learning trip to Howe Cavern we wanted a bite to eat in a nice sit down area. What better than a gulf course?!.. Pro. We were able to walk in without a reservation Con. Everything took so long once we were seated that I doozed off at the table. It was an all around slowwwwww process with the exception of being seated but from our waitress to being served even getting an additional drink order. I will admit my salad was great!

The food and beer are absolutely excellent, but there seems to be some noticeable tension within the staff. I had a fantastic experience with excellent food and drinks, but I couldn't help but notice some differences in management styles and opinions across the staff.
