I had a televisit due to Covid. I asked if I was in their network, I was told yes by the person setting up the visit. Friday I received a bill for 457.00 for a ten minute conversation. I called my insurance and was told that yes, the facility was in my network but the doctor they appointed to me wasn’t. I am going to pursue this. Also, after putting this on social media, this place has a reputation for doing this to people, will never go back.

STAY AWAY!! What a place to receive updates on testing and procedures done here. Aren't able to get final reports sent to offices to for follow up care I was transferred around when calling. The office staff and medical staff are awful unfriendly unwilling to assist. However, the only decent group of people at this location are the valet staff, too bad they aren't medical providers! This emergent care used to be very good a long time ago, quality of care has greatly decreased. Won't be going here anymore for care....

I arrived, was checked in immediately. I spoke directly with my doctor. I was prescribed medication, and they called a few times with follow up question to make sure I had been entirely taken care of. I have never in my entire life received medical attention as fantastic as this. Additionally, the reason I chose this place was because I was traveling out of state, where my insurance did not cover. I was able to find within minutes, the upfront cost of being seen at their clinic.nnFantastic staff and truly compassionate care.nnThanksnAnneliese

I went here this morning at 7:27. The intake staff was RUDE. The woman ask me questions and precedes to tell me she can not hear any way. They won’t touch our insurance cards but they touch our paper scripts!!nThis is not the first time I have dealt with such rude unprofessional, unfriendly people. If you do not like your job get a new one. Perhaps there should be a professional development day on how to treat your client with compassion.

Horrible experience, I took my child while he was experiencing an allergic reaction, in which he felt he could barely breath; we spent 25 minutes in the waiting room before an intake Nurse would see him! I had to speak with the front desk and request the intake Nurse to come out!
