The Mill on Round Lake

The Mill, on Route 9 in Round Lake, NY, was a really nice find for lunch on a gorgeous Saturday in September.nMy husband and I were out for a drive and decided to find a place for lunch. We have driven by The Mill several times, but today was our lucky day.nThe servers were friendly and attentive. We ate outdoors under an umbrella with a nice breeze keeping us cool despite the warm sun. I tried a burger with mushrooms. It was quite large and delicious. The cole slaw was fresh and crispy. My husband had a Philly steak with a side salad. The steak was quite tasty and the salad was good- sized with heirloom carrots. He really enjoyed his Weird Science beer. I would not recommend the Riesling, however. I know it's a pub, but there's no law that says they can't have better white wine.nAll in all, it was just a great venue, good food and a beautiful day. Friendly atmosphere. Stopped for lunch. I had the duck wonton and he had the Reuben...Wow what a huge sandwich. Our meals were very tasty. We ate at the bar, and they were very well prepared for social distancing.

We are staying locally for a visit and decided to come here for dinner. SO GOOD. A good atmosphere, good vibes, the bangin’ shrimp was AMAZING. The weight staff were so nice, attentive, and quick. We really enjoyed it here and wish it was closer to home. Highly recommended

I went with some friends. I didn't know what The Mill had to offer, since it was my first time there. Well, let's just say that because of my diet restrictions, I didn't find much there to eat. If you like big, juicy burgers, pulled pork sandwiches, nice big salads, then this is the place to be!!! I just had an appetizer, which I probably shouldn't have had, since it was a bit too greasy for me Anyway, it was a nice experience, and the company that I had made it even nicer. Go check it out!!!
