Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

This is a very friendly bank. I love coming to this location because of the customer service.

Very friendly. Sometimes short staff. Merchants can create line delays.

The worst banking experience here, they don’t know how to handle the request and never followed up to call me back even they promised. I went there at least 5 times in four weeks and still have no idea when they can help out!

Teller at the counter was friendly but often time there was only one there so the wait time could be long. My experience with bankers wasn't great. I made an appointment and arrived 5 minutes early but waited in the lobby for more than 10 minutes without anybody coming to ask me if I had been helped. The bankers there don't follow up the request from customers either.

Scheduled an appointment with Shokonah Mousavi for 11:00 today to make some Merrill Lynch (ML) transaction, I showed up at 10:55 and was told she is in a staff training meeting and was not available. Seper Reai, who is the BoA Mortgage lender was nice enough to try and help but was limited due to the division of responsibilities between ML and BoA. I have NEVER, EVER had a good experience trying to conduct ML business in a BoA office, particularly the one in Newcastle, even though they are representing Merrill Lynch affiliated. I rated them as highly as I did because there wasn't an option for zero stars. I will me moving my accounts out of Merrill Lynch and taking them elsewhere.
