5 stars for the tellers in the Newcastle brand, always helpful and friendly.n-4 starts to the lady-high-heel banker who is not cooperate, shows no smile like I own her money, and hand me the wrong file when I specifically ask for the form to not let IRS hold the interest. WOW, she really just made my day!!

This has been such a good neighborhood bank. Always nice and helpful. Ghania is such a sweetheart, she remembers my name. Brandon was supper helpful with notary work. Thank you for being a steady force.

All my experiences in this branch have been smooth and pleasant. Their Business/Chase Private Client Banker, Maryam, is incredible! No notary on ever, called just right now and none on. Also not enough staff. I go out of my way to go to the Factoria chase so I don’t have to wait in long lines here
