Lock knowledge bankers. Couldn't answer one simply question for four days which I followed up everyday. Wait too long for a banker service and don't allow to use a bathroom over there.

I love this bank so much that I don’t mind traveling from half an hr from my house to here just to get good experience. As all bankers and tellers including Sandra the manager are my favorite. Sumandeep, Shelly and sandy on the teller line take care of all my need and the Manpreet and Guatam shah always suggest me the best fit for my financial needs. I am so glad I can relay on them for my finances. Thank you so much you guys are best help and I refer my friends to come here too .

Trouble customer service...

I was trying to close my account when it had a positive balance, as I was moving to a new a bank, because of poor service. I moved all subscriptions and pay accounts to my new bank 4 weeks prior to flush out all the in progress transactions. I tried to close the account, but they would not allow me to because there was a pending 18.99 transaction from Paypal. They set the account to zero balance less the 18.99 and told me they would close the account the next day. I was working with Paypal to figure out the extra transaction , when they called and said they could not close because there was a 10.99 pending transaction from Paypal . They still would not close or lock the account, I am came in to pay the balance of 10.99, and now they told me I owe $300. Apparently Paypal still had activity I could not explain. So for 6 2.99 charges from Paypal they charged me $37.00 each. I paid the $300 just to close the account, but they still would not close it, risking me more charges. I finally had to call the Fraud department just to lock the account. Still I cannot close the account, and they will not refund the charges and fees. I am now forced to take it to court. I went 2 years with 0 overdrafts, and they day I try close, they caused me 6 overdraft fees. Also, I have had my card and my son's card compromised with fraudulent charges 3 times. The support during each one of these fraud events wall horrendous. This has been the worst bank I have used in 40 years. Pure Fraud!!!
