I agree with Virgil Lyss. Don't count on the old reviews. I was there today (3/12/2020) to get a help on transferring fund to my parents' account and R.Scott Brewer was VERY HELPFUL. I usually use BOAs in downtown Bellevue and my experiences there usually aren't that good but R. Scott sure made me feel better about BOA. The teller there is very friendly and nice too.

If I'd read those bad reviews before, I'd never come there. Gladly I didn't. My first visit almost a year ago was extremely smooth, with R. Scott being a real pro, friendly and suggestive. 2nd time it was another person which also helped me to solve some occurred problems without any glitch. Recently I visited them again, quite positive attitude from R. Scott. Thank you guys.

After not getting proper service from the BoA near my home I decided to try this one. I’m glad I did the manger Jennifer was exceptional. She dug deep to find the problem and was very helpful and informative. She took her time explaining the issues I faced and then resolved them for me. I’m greatful for her help.

Great customer service.

Tellers are nice just seams to be under staffed all the time :-(
