Don't go here. Says its open but it's shut down

At Bank of America Financial Center in downtown Renton the location is conveniently located, lots of parking and very friendly staff. The place is open during construction, so don't let keep you from visiting. #localguides

Waited 17 mins before deciding to leave. One teller and a business owner doing a million deposits. The other tell said she be right back! Ha! It seems as all the Bank of America’s are having issues with people waiting entirely too long!! There changing the way there doing business, yeah right not for the better obviously!! I’m a business owner and have a personal account as well and am seriously thinking of switching!!! Not happy!!!

Absolutely horrible! First off I didn’t read the reviews before I went into this makeshift bank. So I was looking to open a account close to my new apt. Applied online for a bank account got a approval email. Went into bank to verify account was ready and to make sure they didn’t need anything else. Well the first woman I spoke to told me it was fine I didn’t need to provide anything else and my account is active and ready. I wanted to deposit a check she calls another girl over to help me. I go to her cubicle and she has no idea what to do and she keeps asking my name phone and address at least 8 times. Then she says even though I see your ID and social security card my computer is saying your not you!! Yes she seriously said that. She then says your phone number is linked to another account and I told her that’s not possible and i’ve never had an account and she fumbles around in the computer some more and goes to her manger and comes back and says we don’t know what to do because the computer says your phone number is not yours. Mind you I was verified by the first lady, I showed my email to this girl she verified and then started accusing my phone number of being linked to something else and I’m not who my ID and social security card says I am. She just kept saying I don’t know I don’t know why it’s saying that. The management on down are incompetent and I’m glad I dodged a bullet by banking there.
