Hollerhorn Distilling

We stopped by for a Japanese whiskey and dinner pairing. Star of the show was a $900 bottle of yamazaki 18-year. to say that we were impressed with the overall experience is a massive understatement. Words cannot describe how much we enjoyed the event. The head distiller gave us tasting notes and reasons for pairings. The bar staff were extremely knowledgeable (We ordered a couple more drinks to go along with our dinner) and the staff was ridiculously friendly. It all felt so genuine and not forced at all. This was our first time coming to holler horn, and it certainly will not be our last. Besides the dinner, they have a ton of house made distillates that are pretty tough to find from major producers, and the prices are very reasonable. We left with a couple of bottles of bitters and some of their smoked maple distillate. If you have not yet paid them a visit please do so. See the pictures from our dinner.

Great fresh food upscale unique great drink selection beautiful setting can't wait to dine on the patio. Also the staff was helpful and very friendly.

So we have been here many times. We will be coming back here many more times. The whiskey selection is top notch. The quality of their cocktails is second to none. The food is a whole other experience and I think everyone should stop by for that alone. It's an impressive building on the outside, an even more impressive building on the inside. So much character and charm. They even have very good and unique spirits of their own that you can taste, buy, or even better, both. However, the very best reason to visit and love this place is because of the AMAZING staff, owners too. This place have never failed, never disappointed. It could be another simple visit, or bringing new people there, they always do such a great job at everything they do. I was so SAD when they were closed, but so happy to see them again. Absolutely Love this place. The ambiance is welcoming, eclectic, and fun. They always have new and exciting items on their menue that never disappoint. Their Ginship is one of my favorites. I love spicy things and the Devils Bedroom is another exciting adventure they made. Try the siners sour yum. We go often and always leave happy.

Great food. Delicious smoked Old Fashioned and beautiful view. Friendly folks. Can't beat it
