I recently took my cat, Hally, to Twin Lakes for a concern. She was ‘coughing’ and I needed to know what was going on and how to help her get better. Dr Au was so nice, listen to my concerns and then informed me that it would be best for her to have x rays. She went over the cost so that I knew what to expect, which I greatly appreciated and approved. Hally has some inflammation and Dr Au went over the treatment options clearly. Hally is stopped coughing that day and is feeling much better.nEveryone is so nice at this clinic. They are caring and you feel like your pet is in great care! I highly recommend this clinic!!!!

I had a great experience. Even though it was curbside they made me feel comfortable sending my cat away for a checkup. They were communicative during the whole process. The Dr was very nice and informative. I will definitely come back to Twin Lakes Vet.

Very pleased with the service this hospital provides. The front desk staff and the techs are clearly passionate about our pets and the Doctors have great bedside manner. I don’t simply receive general dog tips; I get health recommendations based on my little guy’s specific breed.
