This place is a hot mess. First, when I show up they didn't have my appointment in the computer. Second,a the doctor I was supposed to see was not a Dr., But a nurse practitioner. They let a woman walk around the waiting room without a facemask on. They had a coffee/tea station set up which the woman touched all over. I'm sure it was not sanitized after. And they charged a service fee for using debit card. I didn't have checks or cash on me. So I just left and washed my cooties off. Just for the record, the receptionist was very sweet.

I normally would not write a review but the horrific way in which this office treats patients needs to be publicized.nnMy mother's mammogram reflected that an already sizable lump had grown. She was told by this office to go to a local lab for a biopsy. When she arrived at the lab, they told her that her information had not been sent over and she would need to speak to this office. Despite this occurring post-NY lockdown, she had to call for weeks before she was able to speak to a representative at this office. When she finally spoke to someone at this office, they gave her a list of supposed breast surgeons who could conduct the biopsy. However, this office had provided her with a list of cosmetic surgeons, none of whom conducted biopsies. A few more weeks went by before she was able to get a representative on the phone. After much back-and-forth that lasted a few more weeks, this office admitted that they solely needed to send over her information to the local lab and sent her there for an appointment. Despite the biopsy occurring over a week ago and this office advising that she would have her results on Monday, they did not pick up the phone yesterday. Thankfully, a representative from the lab (who was aware of her struggles with this office) contacted her to advise that the lump is benign. This office still has yet to call her.nnMoreover, this office only serves patients on Mondays post-NY lockdown, but did not advise patients of the reduction in service. Additionally, when you call the Brentwood office, they are unable to assist you.nnIn my own experience, during a routine wellness visit, I advised Dr. Nori that a child-sized needle would be needed in order to draw my blood (after a lifetime of experience, I'm well aware of which needles work best for my body). Instead, Dr. Nori insisted that the adult-sized needle would be fine. After about 10 attempts to draw blood from both my arm and hands, and significant bruising, I requested that either a child-sized needle be used, or that I would prefer to go to Quest. Instead, Dr. Nori and an assistant held me down to try and draw blood once more. After much screaming on my part and their inability to yet again draw blood, they finally let go of me and let me leave. I promptly requested for my charts so that I could change providers. However, I was told that my charts could only be sent directly to a provider as I would otherwise have to pay a fee to receive my charts. I called back a few days later to provide the contact information for a new provider. After a number of weeks, my new provider had yet to receive my charts. When I called this office, I was told that the charts were sent and they argued against sending it again. After much back and forth, they finally agreed but kept sending my new provider only a few pages at a time. After a few more days of my new provider not receiving my charts, I told this office to send my charts to my workplace (a law office) immediately. Only upon that threat did my charts miraculously get sent to my new provider in full.nnI cannot highlight enough the lack of care and how stressful it was for my mother trying to get her lump tested. Furthermore, it was incomprehensible to me that a doctor and assistant would think it acceptable to physically restrain me in an attempt to draw blood against my wishes. If I could, I would give this practice zero stars.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Took my grandma there for a physical, there was no air conditioning and over 20 patients were sitting in a small waiting room, where’s the social distancing???! I confronted the manager Lamya Elkoulily regarding this situation and how it’s dangerous for both the patients and the staff. Instead of apologizing she denied everything, was extremely rude, and told us we should seek a different medical practice.

Terrible provider, I was told I can’t be seen for too many ailments in one visit. MONEY HUNGRY Providers need to be re-educated on etiquette and proper patient care. Medical Techs are uneducated and have even less standard of care and etiquette. No courtesy no customs or manners just rude and unprofessional. The face of misery and could not properly perform a blood draw without guidance.

It's important for a patient to feel confident and comfortable in their doctor. That is EXACTLY how I feel when I come to see Dr. E. He takes his time to explain everything to me and he never rushes my appointments. I hope he NEVER retires! :)
