Sterling National Bank

I had a employee by the name of Pamella Boodra insult me and my name upon arriving to simply withdraw my money. I don’t understand how everything has changed from astoria federal to national sterling but yet the employees are still as impolite and inconsiderate as ever. You guys need to do better and TRAIN better. Can’t wait to get a better bank.

The manager there is extremely friendly and welcoming. She always answers all questions with a keen swiftness and assertiveness. Would definitely continue banking here.

Never enough employees on staff..always have to wait these days..customers on line frustrated. Really a shame.
