I don't understand the bad reviews I've read!!!! This is the nicest bank I ever dealt with! The people are so kind & understanding! I feel as if they're my family! I never go to the drive up window cause I want to see my friends inside! I'm in & out in no time! They're very efficient and thorough! I never had a problem with anyone who works there. I actually enjoy going there, I just do see how anyone had a bad experience there!

The tellers are very nice and friendly especially Michelle but she is no longer at that branch used to look forward to go to the bank because of her the male manager was also very friendly and knowledgeable

The Worst saving bank, I stopped by today to open CD account with big check but they didn't even ask us anything poor communication skills, I walk away with my check, shame on you Roslyn Savings Bank.

This is the worst bank. I’m so sorry I opened up an account with them. Waiting for the 3 month period so I can close this account.nAlways have to wait even when there is no line.nThey’re never happy , always have a smirks on their face .nLady practically threw my receipt at me .nIt’s so hard to write this review cause I hate to complain. But enough is enough!

If I could give this bank less thank one star, I would. This is by far, the worst financial institution I have ever had to deal with. Not only did it take 2 hours in person to have my name changed on an account; it has now taken 3 months to get an account transferred from NYCB to another institution, and they are still stalling on the process. Every person I have dealt with, both at the branch location and on the phone with their HQ has been incompetent.
