Very disappointed! Called Jovia at Rockville center before coming to check if the coin machine is working, was informed that it does, but upon arriving I was met with disappointment because it didn’t and no one knew anything about me calling ahead of time. You like to use my money but do not value my time, not professional.

The staff is outstanding. Extremely helpful with my banking needs. Bravo!

Debit card machine isn’t working. Wish someone would’ve call me and let me know before I travel all the way there. Been without a card since Wednesday and now i have to miss work again to try and get another card.... time to switch banks

Drive through line takes way too long!

First my account number was change and now I can’t get a debit card because the machine isn’t working. Wish I knew earlier, I could’ve went to work.
