Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Want to get some quarter rolls on a Saturday. As I approach the door and pull I notice it's close even though I can see the teller sitting at her post. Another agent points at his watch signaling that the bank is closed. I check my watch and is 1:47 pm. So I guess they were closing 13 minutes earlier that day? Oh, well.

15 minutes wait time to see the teller.nThis happens often in this branch.

I've been going here since 2008 and for the most part have had good experiences. The lines do get long but I seldom use them thanks to the ATM's at the location. There was a lady manager there who was very helpful throughout the years reversing and charges for me without question. This is the only reason why BOA is still my primary bank.

Went in to change info on a account and the young lady there closed it. Said it was an accident no apologies . Very unprofessional in the Freeport BOA . Go to any other bank.

Bank has slow line when at the teller. They have man power who does nothing but walk around looking
