Good place for new shoes cheap, pretty decent selection and only gave 4 stars because customer service. This is just my personal opinion and should not bother your shopping experience.

Had the best possible shopping experience thanks to Dawn. Pleasantly greeted me when I walked in. Let me browse before asking if I needed help. The specific shoe I wanted was not in store so we ordered it with ease. Then the rain came and I was stuck in the store for a half an hour. But glad it was with Dawn. We talked the whole time. Very down to earth and super nice. Would definitely recommend The Shoe Dept. Aside from the great customer service the store was clean and easy to find what I was looking for. Will surely be back for my kids school shoes!
