Extremely slow drive thru service, spent almost an hour, if there's transactions your not allowed to complete inside at least the drive thru should be faster

Called this morning just to be put on hold for 30min then asked for a manager just to wait on hold for another hour 🙄 these people are Unprofessional , and they no longer have free accounts so to bank with them ,you'll be charged 10$ a month no matter what ! So that hour of work you work so hard for gos straight to them ever month for no reason. Wellsfargo is literally taking money 💰 out of your pockets and have zero remorse about it ! Don't bank here or any location unless your filthy rich and don't care who's stealing from you ... food for thought

Very slow drive through service. Only 2 lines open and they blocked off your ability to leave the drive through lines.

My bank account was recently compromised, so my accounts were closed. I had to report the incident to the Wells Fargo fraud department. I spoke to two women in that department and I can say I've never dealt with such inconsiderate people. Bottom line, one woman actually coerced me to state it was my fault or she would re-close my account which would cause me to set everything up for the second time. If I ever treated someone with such disregard at my job, I wouldn't be there for very long. One more bad experience with Wells Fargo, and I'm done.
