Not a serious shop and the staff is disrespectful. Not good shoes and the shoes are not original. The shoes were used once they ripped and they didn’t return it.

Fast great customer service. Needs better selections of sneakers

I would like to thank Shawn and Jennifer for providing me with great customer service. My daughter will be one happy little girl on Xmas morning when she open her Jordan Retro 9 and it’s all because of them. Merry Christmas to you both and thanks again for all your help.

Often these places have young people who know little about their product and even less about customer service. Today we dealt with the manager named Janelle who was training employee's, dealing with customer's, on the phone ordering and folding clothing all at once. She was the epitome of professionalism and phenomenal customer care. If anyone deserves a raise in position and pay she is it. Go there and ask for her. You won't be sorry.
