Rachel was incredibly helpful in getting my custom insoles set up. I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything I didn't need, and definitely felt the teams genuine interest in helping me find shoes/insoles that fit best.

Had a problem with a online order so I was instructed to go to any Foot Action to resolve the problem. Xavier (the store manager) was extremely helpful. He resolved my issue (quickly), explained the reason why it may have happen & was apologetic on behalf of the company. He turned a unpleasant experience around.

Staff was extremely nice and accommodating.

The level of service is on point! There was a young man who helped me and my husband find sneakers for me and my two boys and he was amazing on the brand and how old the sneaker are and patience with us while Multitasking with other buyers.
