They were very kind and patient explaining how the return policy works. They were very busy trying to help everyone and every customer seemed to have a lot of issues. Yet they took their time and helped everyone and the cashier was very mindful that I parked in metered parking. This is a great store.

I had a pair of shoes reserved. When I arrived the line was pretty long but it moved quickly. There was a lot of staff members on hand to answer questions.

The staff in the store are very helpful. I was also directed to where i needed to see the female sneakers.
