HORRIBLE NICU EXPERIENCE!!!! Do not come here if you think that your baby will be in the NICU. Your child’s life is too important to rely on this crumbling communicative infrastructure. They do NOT communicate with parents and you get various answers depending on who you speak to. Other than the NICU; labor and delivery were superstars. They were very accommodating- had an epidural vaginal delivery and everything went smoothly, didn’t feel anything!

To say I had a horrible birth experience here would be an understatement. From forcing me to naturally labor for 5 days with pre-eclampsia on methyl sulfate, putting my life and my daughters at risk, to the abusive nurses who were nasty to me verbally continually, to the fact that my husband slept on a window sill for 5 days, to the horrible food and rude hallway staff. I had my second child at Northwell in Mount Kisco and had a lovely experience that was so much better. Insurance covered just the same. Don't go here for your labor if you can travel further. I will never forget what a horrible time I had there.nnI will add that the nicu staff was amazing with my premie. They were the saving grace and made sure our little premie was strong when it was time to leave. They are the superheros of the hospital.

They leave bathrooms dirty 3 days no one came to clean it. It’s a hospital they should. Order medicine one day not the next? A medicine I need to take daily. They order one day and say we can’t find doctor. So I’m getting mine from home and taking it he’ll with them. Hospitals can be horror houses those who speak up get those who don’t goo luck.

My girlfriend went into labor unexpectedly (5/21/20) & we can honestly say our experience was awesome from the moment we first got here to her delivering our baby! Janicea (sorry if I misspelled her name) at the front desk in the visitors main lobby was so helpful in guiding me where to go, calling the nurses for updates & checking my Covid results( had to take to be in the room with my girlfriend). Nurse Jessica was also top notch in the delivering and labor department giving us great info on how to take care of our newborn baby! I highly recommend first time parents to give birth here based of my experience!
