Evo Cocktail Lounge & Restaurant

I came to this place today actually i am still here with my beloveds and our server is Abby she is the best. Abby just made my day, she is perfect, she makes sure that you and everyone is great and enjoying brunch. She has been actually one of the best servers that has made my stay in Evo a great experience. Great place for the thug minded customer.... 2 months later... Even worse than ever! 35 minutes waiting on a simple order. I've been asked the name of my order 4X's but no food. SMDH!#!#! AS OF 3/15/21 ONLY THING THAT HAS CHANGED IS THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WORSE THAN EVER! OWNER STATES THEY WOULDN'T EXIST IF THEY DIDN'T PROVIDE CUSTOMERS WITH WHAT THEY WANTED. THEN IT SHOULDN'T BE LONG NOW. I'VE SEEN WAY BETTER GO UNDER.

Placed an order with them on ubereats not only were things missing out of my order but I put for my steak to be cooked WELL DONE as I am pregnant. The steak came very undercooked.nnUpdate: I called the restaurant and spoke to Irene who was very understanding she spoke with Manny and set for me to have my order made and re delivered as soon as they open the following day due to the time.nnUpdate: I received a call from Johnny in regards to my replacement order (they were very on top of the matter, which I was highly pleased with) he stated that he would personally be delivering the order. I ordered the grilled chicken with avocado salsa (which was delicious) and they ensured to put everything in my order. Despite the first issue they have great hospitality and did everything to fix the situation. The food is tasty and they will get my business again.

Drinks great. Food great. Lovely atmosphere. Manager checks on you. Follows safety protocol. Really amazing spot

I heard this spot was nice so I wanted to give it a try but was very disappointed. Service is very slow, when I say slow I mean slow. Food was not what I expected at all. Wasn’t a fan of the drinks either, I mean we watched it sit at the bar for 20 mins before it was brought to our table. The only thing I liked was the music ud83dude2bI don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon.
