interesting, varied menu. food's pretty good. can have some troubles occasionally (small mistakes in order, food might take a little longer) but overall way better than applebees. No real reason to go there since Chilis is the same just nicer.

It's hard to expect anything more than the run of the mill experience at 1 of these glorified chain stores. Chile's always seems to be slightly A cut above the rest.nnThis particular restaurant however held something of an enigmatic quality. Our waitress connected with us right away and we felt like we were at a fancy mom and pop bistro.nnThe menu options were great but her explanation of them really added the spice. My wife and I had our 2 young children with us as well and she was so good with them it's like we got a nanny and a waitress at once.nnWith personnel like that on top of good quality food this place really deserves a 5 star and we hope if they read this that they keep that waitress on and give her a raise... I think her name was Jada.

This is one of the few restaurants open during the winter during Covid. The food is average but takes forever to get. Make sure you give yourself enough time. Our waitress forgot our chips and salsa. If you are looking to just get out of the house for a bit, then this fits the bill. They do have decent margaritas.

All I can say is that Chilli's is the best chain restaurant around. The service was spectacular and the food choices phenomenal. I left there well fed . Also the pricing is very reasonable. A good choice. You won't be disappointed.

1st visit ever, waitress was nice and professional. French fries was hot but the rest was cool to just barely warm.
