Came in for the first time last night & the customer service was great! Very friendly girl working the register. She was friendly & even threw in some samples for my new kitty. The store was clean & organized. I'll definitely return.

Love this store. Great selection, reasonable prices, and kind staff. They really take the time to get to know your pet and help you find what you need.

Very disappointed in the service here. My cat had a skin injury and needed a cone. I picked one off the wall that looked like it would fit but a worker convinced me to buy a more expensive verson. Okay- thats fine whatever is best. They also recommended that I use an oral liquid treatment to help with recovery. Great! My cat will heal faster! Unfortunately, the cone did not fit and made another scratch on my cat, also the liquid bottle was empty after I opened the box. I won't be going back here.

Always shop here, very nice staff and decent variety of products. They are conveniently open late and are located in the heart of historic downtown
